QUALIT\u00c0.<\/h4><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.1<\/strong>\u00a0 Il modello di organizzazione aziendale assegna alla Direzione aziendale un ruolo determinante, sia in fase di definizione del sistema qualit\u00e0 che durante l&#8217;attuazione del sistema stesso.<\/p><p>Questa responsabilit\u00e0 comporta necessariamente per la Direzione:<\/p><ul><li>La definizione ed il sostegno della politica aziendale per la Qualit\u00e0<\/li><li>Il coinvolgimento e la partecipazione alla gestione del sistema qualit\u00e0 aziendale. In altre parole, l&#8217;impegno della Direzione non si esaurisce con la decisione di avviare la realizzazione di un sistema di gestione per la qualit\u00e0 e con il reperimento delle risorse umane ed economiche necessarie per tale realizzazione, ma con il costante sostegno al perseguimento dell\u2019obiettivo fondamentale della missione aziendale, ovvero la continuativa capacit\u00e0 di soddisfare le aspettative del Cliente dalla fase di definizione degli accordi di fornitura e il successivo completamento dell\u2019ordine e la consegna; nei casi di richieste fuori standard \u00e8 richiesto l\u2019intervento dell\u2019ufficio tecnico per lo sviluppo del prodotto.<\/li><\/ul><p>Adottare una politica di qualit\u00e0 comporta per la Direzione una preventiva valutazione e definizione di:<\/p><ul><li>Quale deve essere la gamma dei prodotti, nonch\u00e9 delle capacit\u00e0 di realizzare fuori standard, ovvero quale deve essere la qualit\u00e0 da perseguire per soddisfare le esigenze interne ed esterne (politica di miglioramento).<\/li><li>Analisi del contesto e delle parti interessate in modo da eseguire una coerente e costante valutazione dei rischi e processi volti a calmierarli.<\/li><li>Quali i processi primari e di supporto che devono essere gestiti e monitorati<\/li><li>Quali risorse e quali strumenti devono essere utilizzati dall\u2019Azienda per assicurarsi il corretto perseguimento della qualit\u00e0 prestabilita attraverso il miglioramento dell\u2019efficienza dei processi<\/li><li>Importanza e ruolo di tutte le funzioni dell\u2019organizzazione al fine di perseguire gli obiettivi fissati per ogni processo e sottoprocesso<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Tutti questi elementi, nonch\u00e9 la Politica della Qualit\u00e0 stessa, sono soggetti a sistematici riesami per valutarne l\u2019adeguatezza, rispetto alle risultanze delle analisi dei dati e delle informazioni raccolte nel corso di svolgimento delle attivit\u00e0 e all\u2019evoluzione del contesto di riferimento.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1.2<\/strong>\u00a0 Al fine di rendere attuabile la Politica della Qualit\u00e0 enunciata, l&#8217;azienda si \u00e8 dotata di una struttura organizzativa che ha adottato un sistema di conduzione aziendale finalizzato alla Gestione della Qualit\u00e0 in modo da:<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tenere sotto controllo i fattori che determinano il raggiungimento della qualit\u00e0 attesa nei prodotti e servizi, completi dei dettagli e dei servizi di completamento e\/o accessori concordati con il cliente;<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 analizzare e valutare il progredire delle attivit\u00e0 di gestione e verifica dei processi critici per lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di ogni singolo progetto, o parte significativa di esso, per individuare tempestivamente i provvedimenti pi\u00f9 idonei alla eliminazione e alla prevenzione degli aspetti non soddisfacenti.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>I principi attuativi seguono una logica di gestione <strong>(Rif. Diagramma di Flusso Generale)<\/strong> che prende avvio da un attento processo di analisi del mercato di riferimento, delle innovazioni tecnologiche, delle informazioni di ritorno dai clienti e dei dati relativi alle prestazioni dell\u2019organizzazione.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019insieme dei dati \u00e8 letto per pianificare i processi necessari all\u2019organizzazione per il raggiungimento degli scopi e degli obiettivi fissati dalla Direzione Generale.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Gli strumenti di monitoraggio qualitativo e quantitativo dei processi sono di fondamentale importanza per valutare la capacit\u00e0 dell\u2019organizzazione di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e di tutte le parti interessate; poich\u00e9 tale attivit\u00e0 deve essere svolta sistematicamente e continuativamente, ne consegue che anche la registrazione e raccolta dei dati deve essere tale.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il ciclo acquisizione ed analisi dati \u00de sviluppo del prodotto e\/o preparazione offerta \u00de pianificazione \u00de programmazione \u00de esecuzione e verifica delle attivit\u00e0 di produzione \u00de analisi delle NC e delle informazioni di ritorno dai clienti \u00de miglioramento, pone l\u2019Azienda nella condizione di poter ottenere\u00a0:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la puntuale definizione dei termini di fornitura\u00a0;<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la chiara determinazione dei requisiti che il prodotto deve soddisfare;<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la conformit\u00e0 alle leggi e ai regolamenti che regolano il settore di attivit\u00e0;<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 il rispetto dei tempi di consegna;<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la consapevolezza, la soddisfazione e la motivazione del personale<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e finanziari<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 la soddisfazione del cliente e la salvaguardia degli interessi di tutte le parti coinvolte<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 il costante monitoraggio performances ambientali<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 una gestione dei rifiuti coerente con la salvaguardia ambientale.<\/p><p>Sia la pianificazione che la programmazione delle attivit\u00e0 inerenti i processi critici vengono verificate a consuntivo affinch\u00e9 l\u2019analisi delle cause di eventuali scostamenti migliorino la competitivit\u00e0\u00a0 in termini di gestione economica e finanziaria dell\u2019organizzazione.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1.3<\/strong>\u00a0 Periodicamente saranno identificati e formalizzati gli obiettivi misurabili della qualit\u00e0 e ambientali. Gli obiettivi misurabili saranno identificati durante il riesame periodico della Direzione, verificati circa lo stato di raggiungimento durante valutazioni intermedie, opportunamente pianificate.<\/p><p>Gli obiettivi dovranno comunque soddisfare le necessit\u00e0 di monitoraggio dei processi, individuate e sviluppate adeguatamente nelle rispettive Procedure di Sistema; poich\u00e9 tali monitoraggi investono tutti i livelli dell\u2019organizzazione, ne consegue che i relativi obiettivi, ove necessario, saranno ulteriormente particolareggiati.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le indicazioni desumibili dalla valutazione a consuntivo sul raggiungimento o meno degli obiettivi fissati in sede di riesame, vengono eventualmente integrati con le informazioni di ritorno fornite dai Clienti. RGI avr\u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e0 per la gestione di:<\/p><ul><li>Risultati di eventuali risultati di VI ricevute per conto del cliente;<\/li><li>Reclami<\/li><li>Raccolta diretta di dati dai clienti, ritenuti significativi, per determinare il loro grado di soddisfazione.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1.4<\/strong>\u00a0 Inoltre la Direzione si impegna a proporre e sostenere, per quanto di propria competenza, tutti i progetti di miglioramento che dovessero essere ritenuti necessari per adeguare il SGI aziendale alle condizioni operative interne ed esterne dell\u2019organizzazione.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1.5<\/strong>\u00a0 Le informazioni e risultati inerenti la Politica della Qualit\u00e0, gli obiettivi di periodo e le iniziative di miglioramento avviate, saranno comunicate almeno a tutte le funzioni direttamente coinvolte, con i mezzi e le modalit\u00e0 di volta in volta ritenute idonei.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc98177414\"><\/a>2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 POLITICA SULLA SALUTE E SICUREZZA DEI LAVORATORI<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00c8 politica della Envsensing srl impegnarsi nel realizzare e mantenere un ambiente di lavoro, sicuro, sano e produttivo per tutti i suoi dipendenti.<\/p><p>In questa prospettiva la Envsensing srl si propone di:<\/p><ul><li>garantire il rispetto e la conformit\u00e0 alle norme europee, nazionali e locali, in riferimento alla qualit\u00e0 del servizio erogato, alla tutela del diritto del lavoro, alla tutela dell\u2019igiene e alla sicurezza dei lavoratori e quelle tecniche specifiche di ogni servizio fornito;<\/li><li>pianificare ed organizzare le proprie attivit\u00e0 con la logica dell&#8217;orientamento al Cliente, in modo da soddisfare le loro necessit\u00e0;<\/li><li>sviluppare programmi che consentano il miglioramento continuo dell&#8217;efficienza e dell&#8217;efficacia dei propri processi e servizi,\u00a0 valutando con attenzione anche le proposte di miglioramento provenienti dal personale a tutti i livelli dell&#8217;organizzazione;<\/li><li>valutare le performance del proprio Sistema di Gestione, per la verifica del raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti;<\/li><li>utilizzare adeguati strumenti di controllo e sistemi di monitoraggio sui principali aspetti di sicurezza generati dalle proprie attivit\u00e0;<\/li><li>tutelare la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori, anche con adeguato controllo sanitario;<\/li><li>far fronte con rapidit\u00e0, efficacia e diligenza ad emergenze o incidenti che potessero verificarsi nel corso delle sue operazioni;<\/li><li>garantire e sviluppare la capacit\u00e0 e la professionalit\u00e0 del proprio personale, attraverso programmi specifici di formazione, addestramento, anche riguardo la conformit\u00e0 ai requisiti di sicurezza definiti;<\/li><li>aumentare il coinvolgimento e la sensibilizzazione del proprio personale in materia di sicurezza, anche attraverso i Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori, per favorire un approccio pi\u00f9 consapevole alle attivit\u00e0 che si svolgono all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;organizzazione;<\/li><li>confrontarsi con altre societ\u00e0 ed enti del settore per monitorare e migliorare il proprio standard di servizio;<\/li><li>collaborare con la pubblica autorit\u00e0 e con la popolazione, attivando canali di informazione\/comunicazione, instaurando un clima di trasparenza riguardo le proprie attivit\u00e0;<\/li><li>impegnarsi nella partecipazione e consultazione dei lavoratori;<\/li><li>sensibilizzare al massimo i propri dipendenti e le parti interessate che operano per l\u2019azienda, circa ruolo e responsabilit\u00e0 nel campo della sicurezza.<\/li><li>investire nell\u2019eliminazione dei pericoli alla fonte, sostituendo ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 pericoloso con ci\u00f2 che non lo \u00e8 o lo \u00e8 meno;<\/li><li>garantire l\u2019efficacia di eventuali risposte a situazioni di emergenza interna o esterna;<\/li><li>sensibilizzare i propri collaboratori per stimolare in loro un comportamento responsabile;<\/li><li>sviluppare il coordinamento con i propri fornitori, per ottenere un livello di gestione della sicurezza conforme al grado raggiunto all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;organizzazione. <br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>La Envsensing srl che per sua natura riconosce nella persona e nel suo rispetto il fulcro della propria attivit\u00e0, riconosce che l\u2019uso improprio di alcool droghe ed altre sostanze simili da parte dei dipendenti, condizionano negativamente il loro lavoro e possono avere conseguenze dannose sulla sicurezza, efficienza e produttivit\u00e0 dell\u2019intera azienda.<\/p><p>A tal scopo si invita il personale che ritenga di essere dipendente da tali sostanze o che ne faccia comunque un uso eccessivo, di cercare un consiglio medico e seguire appropriato trattamento terapeutico. In tal senso \u00e8 a disposizione degli interessati che su base esclusivamente volontaria e strettamente riservata, il medico competente per qualsiasi informazione ed anche una attiva collaborazione ai fini di un pi\u00f9 efficace recupero, assicurando tutte le garanzie previste dalla vigente normativa e nel pi\u00f9 assoluto rispetto della dignit\u00e0 della persona.<\/p><p>E\u2019 politica dell\u2019Azienda condurre le proprie attivit\u00e0 operando in maniera tale da salvaguardare l\u2019incolumit\u00e0 dei propri dipendenti, dei terzi coinvolti nelle sue operazioni, dei clienti e del pubblico.<\/p><p>L\u2019azienda continuer\u00e0 a fare ogni sforzo per prevenire tutti gli incidenti, infortuni e malattie professionali, attraverso l\u2019attiva partecipazione di ogni dipendente.<\/p><p>L\u2019azienda si impegna a fare sforzi continui per identificare ed eliminare o tenere sotto controllo le situazioni di rischio connesse con le sue attivit\u00e0 in una logica di miglioramento continuo<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc98177415\"><\/a>3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 POLITICA AMBIENTALE<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Direzione della Envsensing srl definisce la propria politica espressa nel MGI in maniera puntuale e sintetizzata come segue, sottolineando che tale politica ha natura pubblica e come tale deve essere affissa al pubblico e resa disponibile anche attraverso opportuni strumenti di comunicazione.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019Azienda ha progettato ed attuato a tutti i livelli aziendali un sistema di gestione concepito per proteggere l\u2019ambiente, la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori, facendo il massimo per svolgere le proprie attivit\u00e0 in maniera sicura e rispettosa dell\u2019ambiente, tenendo in considerazione la complessit\u00e0 e le interdipendenze del nostro ecosistema. La presente politica viene rivista periodicamente in relazione all\u2019impatto ambientale degli eventi verificatisi nell\u2019ambito dello svolgimento delle proprie attivit\u00e0.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per migliorare costantemente quanto definito la struttura si impegna a:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><em>Prevenire l\u2019inquinamento, producendo, stoccando e avviando a corretto smaltimento tutti i rifiuti derivanti dalle attivit\u00e0 lavorative svolte in azienda.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Osservare ogni regolamento pubblico e la normativa sull\u2019ambiente e la sicurezza applicabile ai propri prodotti, processi e rifiuti.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Fissare obiettivi e traguardi in merito, e valutare periodicamente il raggiungimento degli stessi e l\u2019efficacia del sistema in una logica di miglioramento continuo.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Sensibilizzare i propri interlocutori sull\u2019importanza della tutela ambientale, includendo i principi di base come parte dell\u2019assolvimento dei doveri di ciascuno di essi.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Creare un tipo di comunicazione aperta favorendo il dialogo con le parti interessate, compresi i propri dipendenti e la collettivit\u00e0 anche attraverso la diffusione del presente documento.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Fornire risorse adeguate umane, economiche e tecnologiche per garantire il raggiungimento dei suddetti obiettivi.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc98177416\"><\/a>4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 POLITICA DI RESPONSABILITA\u2019 SOCIALE<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La presente politica si conforma a quanto previsto dalla norma si Responsabilit\u00e0 Sociale SA 8000, alle norme nazionali e locali che regolano i contratti collettivi di lavoro ed alle principali Convenzioni internazionali sul lavoro subordinato.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019Azienda ha come obiettivo strategico principale e generale quello di ottenere la completa soddisfazione delle esigenze del mercato, e mantenere un ruolo pro-attivo nei confronti di esso.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per assolvere a questo ruolo si deve offrire un servizio competitivo e per fare ci\u00f2 \u00e8 necessario migliorarsi continuamente in professionalit\u00e0, efficacia ed efficienza, misurandosi e confrontandosi costantemente con obiettivi chiari e tangibili costantemente confrontati con le Parti interessate.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Miglioramento significa aumentare la prestazione attuale dell\u2019organizzazione nelle due aree: qualit\u00e0 ed etica; la prestazione attuale viene determinata per mezzo di un analisi che seleziona i parametri significativi e ne riporta il valore; quindi ne viene determinato il valore obiettivo che l\u2019organizzazione deve raggiungere in un periodo determinato; l\u00e0 dove possibile viene preso in considerazione, nell\u2019analisi e nella determinazione dell\u2019obiettivo, il valore della prestazione di altre organizzazioni o i riferimenti di Istituzioni pubbliche, o altri riferimenti esterni disponibili.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>E\u2019 politica dell&#8217;organizzazione applicare le seguenti linee strategiche:<\/p><ul><li>rispettare le Leggi dello Stato Italiano e, dove pi\u00f9 rigorose, le seguenti:<\/li><li>Norma sulla Responsabilit\u00e0 Sociale SA 8000:2014<\/li><li>Convenzioni ILO dettagliate nell\u2019elenco dei documenti di origine esterna<\/li><li>Guida alla norma SA8000<\/li><li>Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti dell\u2019Uomo<\/li><li>La Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui Diritti del Bambino.<\/li><li>se applicabile, rispettare le Leggi di altri Stati con i quali eventualmente l\u2019Azienda potrebbe avere a che fare, qualora pi\u00f9 stringenti delle sopra dette;<\/li><li>rispettare, non con valore limitativo, le Leggi e norme seguenti:<\/li><li>L. 345\/99, sul lavoro minorile<\/li><li>LGS 81\/2008, sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro<\/li><li>Raccomandazione CEE del 27\/11\/1991, sulla tutela della dignit\u00e0 del lavoro<\/li><li>2106 del C.C. e art.7 dello Statuto di Lavoratori, sulle pratiche disciplinari CCNL<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Envsensing srl si obbliga ad eseguire le proprie attivit\u00e0 nel rispetto dei seguenti principi fondamentali:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Uguaglianza, Sfruttamento e Lavoro Forzato<\/p><p>L\u2019Azienda si impegna ad improntare la propria attivit\u00e0\u00a0 al principio di eguaglianza dei diritti dei clienti interni (dipendenti) ed esterni inteso come divieto di ogni ingiustificata discriminazione per motivi di razza, sesso, lingua, religione ed opinioni politiche.<\/p><p>E\u2019 politica dell\u2019azienda rispettare il diritto di tutto il personale di formare ed aderire a sindacati e\/o associazioni nonch\u00e9 rispettare il diritto di contrattazione collettiva. L\u2019azienda inoltre garantisce il diritto di comunicare con i propri rappresentanti sindacali anche all\u2019interno dei luoghi di lavoro; in ogni caso l\u2019azienda non ricorre a, n\u00e9 sostiene direttamente o indirettamente attraverso fornitori, l\u2019utilizzo del lavoro obbligato non richiedendo a nessun titolo di lasciare \u201cdepositi\u201d o documenti di identit\u00e0 al momento dell\u2019inizio del rapporto di lavoro con l\u2019azienda.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>E\u2019 politica aziendale\u00a0 non permettere comportamenti, inclusi i gesti, linguaggio o contatto fisico che siano sessualmente coercitivi, minacciosi, offensivi, o volti allo sfruttamento.<\/p><p>E\u2019 altres\u00ec politica aziendale non utilizzare o comunque dare sostegno, anche attraverso l\u2019utilizzo indiretto di organizzazioni che ne facciano uso, di lavoro infantile e\/o minorile.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Imparzialit\u00e0 e Remunerazione<\/p><p>L\u2019Azienda si impegna ad erogare il servizio nel rispetto dei principi e dei criteri di obiettivit\u00e0, giustizia ed imparzialit\u00e0.<\/p><p>L\u2019azienda garantisce parit\u00e0 di trattamento e non interferenza tra tutti i dipendenti senza riguardo e distinzioni di sesso, razza, ceto, origine razziale, religione, orientamento sessuale, invalidit\u00e0, affiliazione politica o sindacale, et\u00e0 e fede sportiva.<\/p><p>E\u2019 politica aziendale garantire che il salario pagato corrisponda sempre agli standard legali o agli standard minimi industriali e che sia sempre sufficiente a soddisfare i bisogni primari del personale, oltre a fornire un qualche guadagno discrezionale. In ogni caso non sono previste a nessun scopo e per nessun motivo disciplinare trattenute sullo stipendio.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Partecipazione, comunicazione e coinvolgimento<\/p><p>L\u2019Azienda si impegna a garantire e favorire la partecipazione dei dipendenti, anche attraverso organismi di rappresentanza organizzata, al fine di tutelare il loro diritto alla corretta attivit\u00e0 lavorativa. A tal fine l\u2019Azienda fornisce tutte le notizie utili e riconosce il diritto di accesso alle informazioni che interessano i dipendenti.
